Filming

As a bare minimum, a Smart Phone! The better the resolution, the better the video quality will be.  

You may need to adjust the settings on your phone depending on light levels of the environment. Modern Smart phone cameras, are great at adjusting light levels.  Try also adjusting the FPS (Frames per second). This should improve the smoothness of the swing, and reduce the flickering of the the golf club when played back. 

Camera mounting

There are lots of devices online for example on Amazon and depending on your budget. If want to test the water with online, and have somone hold the device but they will need to be really steady and not shake the device! Not ideal!

I highly recommend a Tripod and I have tested budget versions and more expensive offerings.  
 
A more luxury Tripod is from Strivon Golf  (Im not affliated!).  Alternatively shop around online for other budget friendly options.
